In October 2009, we opened our doors at the Warehouse District of Jersey City. Many thought we were crazy to open a cafe in such a deserted area. But here we are, with our good-looking baristas, continuing to serve everyone's need to connect a cup of coffee at a time.
Committed to quality, we proudly carry Intelligentsia Coffee. We admire them not only for their uncompromising commitment to great coffee but to their growers as well. On our menu, you'll find Balthazar's baked goods, which are delivered to us daily. Our classic sandwiches and pastries come from our restless culinary spirit, which had its grounding from a repository of lola nita's heritage of recipes and continue to be enriched by our travels.
Three years since we opened, we renew our commitment to this culture of connectedness and inter-relatedness. we cannot tell you how much of a gift it has been to share all of this to you.
